Returns were more hassle than I expected. I sent the item back and then heard nothing, so I had to follow up twice before anyone responded. Once they had my money, it felt like they weren’t in any rush to help, which made me a bit uneasy. I did get the refund in the end, but it took longer than it should have

I wanted to like this, but the fragrance was way too strong for my face. I started noticing a pattern quickly: every time I put it on, the perfume-y smell would linger and I’d end up with a headache after a while. After a few tries, I figured it wasn’t just a one-off thing and stopped using it.

I ordered from ultraceuticals.com and yeah, the packaging was not great at all. The box turned up looking crushed on one side, like it had been knocked around a fair bit.

The product inside was kind of just floating around with barely anything protecting it, which felt a bit careless. The bottle cap had leaked a little too, not a huge amount, but enough to make everything sticky and annoying when I opened it.

After a few weeks, I do think my skin looks a little smoother and fresher overall, which is nice. But the wrinkles are definitely still there, so I wouldn’t say it worked any miracles. For the price, I expected maybe a bit more of a noticeable difference. It’s not a bad product at all, just not something I’d call amazing for anti-aging.
